Repairs

To report a repair, or get help and advice, please call the office on: 02392 754791 or contact your scheme manager.  PRHA’s office opening hours are 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday.

Outside office hours you can report emergencies to Chichester Care Line who operatre PRHA’s our out-of-hours service. Chichester Care Line’s number is: 01243 778 688.

When you report a repair you will be offered an appointment within an appropriate timeslot. PRHA’s target time to carry out emergency repairs is within 24 hours of the repair being reported. We aim to complete all other repairs within 10 working days.
