Portsmouth & District Friendly Society Homes (PDFSH) are an Alms-house Trust with 26 properties in Milton, Portsmouth. The alms-house was established to provide accommodation for older persons within 15 miles of the Guildhall Portsmouth. In March 2022, PRHA began delivering management services to PDFSH and have successfully supported the charity with the introduction of modern housing management and finance software and by strengthening health and safety compliance. The residents enjoy a 24/7 service delivered by the PRHA team and the use of a new app to request repairs and support.
