  • Steve McNaughton BA (Hons), MCIH - Chief Executive

    Steve  formally took over the role of Chief Executive in December 2017. Graduating in 1989, with an honours degree in history from Stirling University, Steve started his housing career in South London in 1990. Steve worked in a senior capacity for six large and medium sized housing associations between 2001 and 2017. Steve has a passion for housing and is Chair of Housing Pathways Trust, a pan-London Almshouse charity. Outside of housing Steve will keep fit; listen to soul and jazz; spend time with family; and will keep up to date with the latest football news as well as the more serious topics of the day.

  • Joe Nicholson BSc (Hons) - MCIH - Housing Manager

    Joe joined PRHA in June 2017 from Taff Housing in South Wales. Joe graduated from Cardiff University with an honours degree in International Business Management. Joe is also a Board member at Havant Housing Association.  Reporting to the Chief Executive, Joe is responsible for ensuring the day to day operations of the business are performed to a high standard. Outside of housing Joe is kept busy by his young family and two golden retriever dogs.

  • Linsey Warbuton - Finance Officer

    Lin joined PRHA in August 2019, bringing extensive experience to the Association. Lin ensures PRHA’s financial records are in good order and is able to respond to queries relating to rents and service charges.  Outside of work, Lin enjoys travelling and spending time with her family.

  • Samantha Taylor - Scheme Manager

    Sam joined PRHA in March 2011 as a resident scheme manager. Sam is primarily responsible for the management of two sheltered housing schemes. Before joining PRHA, Sam worked as a nurse for twenty-three years. Outside of work Sam likes to go to the Theatre; sew; and spend quality time with family and friends.

  • Michelle Lincoln - Housing Services Officer

    Michelle joined PRHA in March 2022 as a Housing Services Officer. Michelle is primarily responsible for the management of Portsmouth And District Friendly Societies‘ Homes and Charles Clark House.

    In Michelle’s free time she enjoys visiting art galleries and museums. Michelle also paints though she says she will not be troubling any galleries with her works!

  • Agne Matijosiute BA (Hons) - Housing Services Assistant

    Agne joined PRHA in November 2018 having previously worked as a Customer and Trading Manager at Sainsburys. Agne graduated in 2016 from University of The Arts London – Chelsea College of Art and Design with an honours degree in Interior and Spatial Design. Agne’s day to day responsibilities include managing PRHA’s non-sheltered properties; undertaking fire safety checks; and providing cover for the Scheme Managers. Outside of work Agne loves spending time with her family, travelling and going to a good art exhibition.
