  Steve McNaughton BA (Hons), MCIH - Chief Executive

  Steve has been our part-time Chief Executive since December 2017. Graduating in 1989, with an honours degree in history from Stirling University, Steve started his housing career for a South London Housing Association in 1990. Steve worked in a senior capacity for six large and medium sized housing associations between 2001 and 2017. Steve has a passion for social housing and for delivering the best possible outcomes for those living in our properties. Outside of housing Steve will keep fit; listen to soul and jazz; spend time with family; and will keep up to date with the latest football news – as well as the more serious topics of the day!

  Sonia Greyson-Newman - Housing Services Manager

  Sonia joined the team in 2022 and brings with her extensive skills in housing and property management acquired from her 25 year career in social housing.

  Sonia works Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday supporting the work of the Housing Services Officers to ensure an excellent service is delivered to our tenants.

  Linsey Warbuton - Finance Manager

  Lin joined PRHA in August 2019, bringing extensive experience to the Association. Lin works part-time and ensures PRHA’s financial records are in good order and is able to respond to queries relating to rents and service charges.  Outside of work, Lin enjoys travelling and spending time with her family.

  Samantha Taylor - Housing Services Officer

  Sam joined PRHA in March 2011 and is our longest serving member of the team. Sam manages a portfolio of PRHA’s properties. Before joining PRHA, Sam worked as a nurse for twenty-three years. Outside of work Sam likes to go to the Theatre; sew; and spend quality time with family and friends.

  Agne Matijosiute BA (Hons) - Housing Services Officer

  Agne joined PRHA in November 2018 having previously worked as a Customer and Trading Manager at Sainsburys. Agne graduated in 2016 from University of The Arts London – Chelsea College of Art and Design with an honours degree in Interior and Spatial Design. Agne’s day to day responsibilities include managing a portfolio of PRHA’s properties; undertaking fire safety checks; and providing cover for colleagues.  Outside of work Agne loves spending time with her family, travelling and going to a good art exhibition.

  Trudy Didymus - Housing Services Officer

  Trudy joined PRHA in January 2025 and manages a portfolio of PRHA’s properties. Trudy has over 30 years’ experience working in Housing, Community Mental Health, and Substance Misuse services. In 2017 Trudy completed CIH Level 3 Certificate in Housing Practice (QCF) – Managing Housing Services. Outside of work Trudy likes to walk in nature with her dog, watercolour painting and spending time with family and friends.

  Maria Baig - Executive Assistant

  Maria joined the team in June 2025 and provides support across board and committee meetings, governance and compliance, digital and systems, resident engagement and coordination. Following graduation in 2012, Maria spent 8 years working in higher education and has since gained experience in local authority and NHS recruitment. Outside of work, Maria enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and getting involved in community projects.
